Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic method that uses the body’s feedback to uncover the underlying causes of physical, emotional, and mental stress. It supports the restoration of inner balance, enhances the body’s self-healing processes, and promotes more harmonious functioning.

How Can Kinesiology Help?

N
relieving stress and anxiety
N
easing physical tension and musculoskeletal discomfort
N
identifying the root causes of recurring physical symptoms
N
reducing sleep issues and fatigue
N
restoring balance between emotional and physical processes

What Happens During a Session?

A kinesiology session is a safe, gentle, and collaborative process that is always tailored to your current physical and emotional state. We address not only emotional blocks but also the stress patterns behind physical symptoms.
The goal is to support your body’s natural self-healing processes and restore the unity of body and mind.

1 / Initial Conversation & Assessment

At the beginning of the session, we talk about what brings you in and what is currently on your mind. This helps define the focus of the session.

2 / Muscle Testing

Muscle testing uses the body’s feedback to identify unconscious stress patterns, emotional blocks, or life challenges that may have disrupted your balance.

3 / Release & Rebalancing

Identified stress patterns are released using various gentle techniques. The aim is to restore harmony and support the body’s natural healing processes.

4 / Integration & Closing

At the end of the session, we review your experience and, if needed, discuss the next steps. The process always respects your individual pace.

Feel free to contact me by phone or email, and together we’ll find the treatment that best supports you.

Methods Used in Kinesiology

Each session is tailored to your current life situation and physical–emotional state, allowing me to select the most appropriate methods for you.

Touch for Health – Healing Touch

Touch for Health (TFH) is one of the foundational methods of kinesiology, combining manual muscle testing with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was developed by Dr. John F. Thie.

Using muscle testing, TFH helps identify physical, emotional, and mental imbalances. By assessing 42 muscles of the body, it reveals where stress, overload, or blockages are present. Based on the energetic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine—meridians, the five elements, acupressure, Tibetan figure-eight energy balancing, and color balance—it helps restore harmony between body, energy, and emotions.

It is a gentle, non-invasive method that supports the body’s natural functioning without pain or manipulation.

What can a TFH session support?

A TFH session includes personalized corrections to restore muscular balance.

It may help with:

  • stress release
  • improved muscle balance
  • better posture and movement
  • physical and emotional balance
  • improved overall well-being

TFH is effective as a standalone method and works well in combination with other kinesiology techniques.

Holographic Touch for Health

Developed by Adam Lehman, this approach expands the original Touch for Health system using the holographic model of applied physiology.

It views the human being on both physical and energetic–metaphysical levels. It belongs to advanced kinesiology and uses muscle testing as its foundation, but with a more complex interpretative system.

Muscle testing acts as a communication channel between the practitioner and the client’s internal, often unconscious processes.

This advanced method uses neuro-electrical monitoring techniques, allowing rapid identification and correction of physical and energetic imbalances, supporting system-wide recalibration.

Wellness Kinesiology / Stress Release

Developed by Dr. Wayne Topping, this holistic method uses simple but highly effective techniques to reduce physical, emotional, and mental stress.

Based on muscle testing, it helps release everyday tension, restore body–mind–spirit balance, prevent burnout, and activate the body’s self-healing processes.

It is especially effective for:

  • stress and anxiety
  • procrastination
  • fear and phobias
  • burnout and exhaustion
  • emotional patterns and limiting beliefs
  • addictions and behavioral patterns
Brain Gym – Edu-Kinesiology

Brain Gym is a movement-based educational method developed by Dr. Paul Dennison to improve the cooperation between brain and body, focusing on learning and cognitive development.

Simple, targeted movements enhance learning abilities, reduce stress, and support better coordination between the brain hemispheres.

What Brain Gym can support:

  • learning difficulties (reading, writing, math)
  • attention and focus issues
  • stress and anxiety reduction
  • body coordination and balance
  • memory improvement
  • creativity and concentration
  • hyperactivity and restlessness
LEAP – Life Enhancement Acupressure Program

LEAP is an advanced kinesiology system developed by Dr. Charles T. Krebs, a marine biologist.

It was created after a severe diving accident during his own recovery process, which led to groundbreaking discoveries in neurological integration.

LEAP works on releasing deep neurological blocks that limit brain integration and communication between different brain regions.

Through gentle stimulation of acupressure points, it identifies and resolves neurological stress patterns, supporting the reorganization of the nervous system and restoring brain integration.

May support:

  • posture, pain, muscle tension
  • coordination and balance issues
  • sleep disorders
  • communication and speech difficulties
  • learning challenges
  • emotional regulation issues
  • burnout and stress
  • self-esteem and confidence issues
  • cognitive performance and mental clarity
  • self-awareness and personal development
Brain Formatting (Neuro-Kinesiology)

Brain Formatting is a neuro-energetic kinesiology approach working directly with the brain and its different regions.

Using gentle touch techniques, it releases stress-based blockages stored in the nervous system. It integrates principles of Chinese medicine (acupressure) and Indian mudra knowledge.

It also addresses connections between:

  • brain and digestion (gut–brain axis)
  • brain and heart (heart–brain connection)

supporting both physical and emotional regulation.

SIPS – Stress Indicator Point System

SIPS is a modern and highly effective branch of kinesiology developed by Ian Stubbings.

It uses acupressure points and muscle testing to release cellular and neurological stress.

Its goal is to restore the body’s electromagnetic balance, reduce pain, and release emotional imprints linked to past experiences.

SIPS helps identify what triggers stress responses and what internal resistance prevents healing.

It works across multiple levels:

  • physical
  • emotional
  • mental
  • energetic
  • electrical

It supports self-healing processes, pain reduction, emotional pattern release, and cognitive improvement.

One Brain – Three in One Concept

Developed by Gordon Stokes, Daniel Whiteside, and Candace Callaway, One Brain views the human being as an integrated system of body, mind, and spirit.

According to this approach, the brain stores all experiences from conception onward, and we unconsciously react based on these stored patterns.

Muscle testing helps bring these patterns to awareness, allowing emotional blocks to be identified and released.

The method supports:

  • brain hemisphere balance
  • emotional stress release
  • improved communication and self-expression
  • increased energy and vitality
  • restoration of body–mind–spirit harmony

It can support issues such as:

  • stress, fear, and conflict
  • low self-esteem
  • emotional and physical symptoms (e.g. migraines, allergies, anxiety)
  • blocked goals and inner resistance
